Crystal Nash is a Michigan Native. The youngest of elven children. She is the mother of two adorable boys. Crystal believes in serving and inspiring others. Crystal enjoy spending time with God and her kid and outside of her two priorities she manages her time serving, advising, inspiring other’s, writing, and making others laugh. She says, laughter is good for the soul. Crystal will soon-be publishing her first book, she also, works in finances. Fitness became her second love as a teenager. To her, fitness is a form of art and peace. Crystal learned from raising her family how imperative health, consistency, and discipline are. All three components work together to create true balance. "One will not work without the other", she says. She believes in becoming the change you want to see in others. Last, but not least Crystal says; "watching others rise to their fullest" potential have always brought me true joy being able to utilize my gift by serving others was the icing on the cake. I don’t focus on what can’t be done, but solely on solutions. I naturally and organically inspire and encourage those around me. You tell me why you don’t deserve to meet the best version of yourself, and I’ll tell you why you’re going to meet the best version of yourself. She ended her closing remarks by saying, ‘’If not you, then who’’.
